Q. Which sat nav systems do you use?

A. Stressless Journeys provide the award winning TomTom units for hire. After much research we found TomTom to be the best, most reliable and easy to use system on the market.

Q. In which countries can I use your TomTom?

A. The USA, Canada, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Hong Kong and Singapore. Check out “Our system and where it works” page for full details.

Q. Are the TomToms easy to use?

A. Very, very easy to use - if you can use a remote control for the TV then you can use one of these!! All our systems arrive fully loaded with your destination information including points of interest. Your destination address will be set as the ‘home’ setting. Simple! Plus, you will also receive manufacturers’ instructions, a quick start guide to help you get going and helpful on-screen prompts.

Q. What are your opening hours?

A. Our offices are open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays). Our website will be available 24/7, 365 days a year so you can order or email any time. Should you make an enquiry out of office hours one of our advisors will get back to you at the earliest possible opportunity.

Q. Do you supply games for the consoles?

A. Yes, we will supply 1 game from our range FREE of charge with any hand held console.

Q. Can I choose which game I have?

A. Yes, our customer commitment means we want to offer you the best possible choice. Not only can you choose from some old favourites but also the latest top 20 games as we update our range constantly.

Q. Can I have more than 1 game?

A. Yes, choose up to any 3 additional games and we’ll only charge you £5.00 per game! This is a fixed price for the duration of your rental whether that’s 1 week or 1 month.

Q. Do the camcorders include a disk?

A. Yes, Stressless journeys will include a complimentary DVD disk, which should give you up to 40 minutes of recording time absolutely FREE.

Q. Do the products come fully charged?

A. We will endeavour to charge all products before we dispatch them to you. All our products are sent with chargers, plus all our TomTom units arrive with an in-car charger for extra piece of mind motoring.
